Academic Committee (Chair- CW3 Lucas)- This committee is responsible for providing liaison service with the faculty and students of the various WOAC and WOBC courses here on Ft. Sill, and establish criteria for awards recognition of academic excellence. In addition, coordinate for SPWOA chapter presentations at recurring graduation ceremonies.
Scholarship Committee (Chair- CW3 Surratt) - This committee is responsible for the developing a scholarship program to award college scholarships annually. It will maintain all records, forms, publications of scholarship(s); to local schools and community, reviewing nomination, and selection of awardees.
Membership Committee (Chair -CW2 Tucker) - The chairman of this committee should coordinate the overall chapter participation in a development program. Aggressive members with outstanding knowledge of all aspects of the USAWOA should be appointed to the committee and serve as key members in soliciting membership. The committee should encourage volunteer workers from all organizations on the post to participate.
Entertainment / Social Committee (VACANT): This committee is responsible for coordinating all member social events throughout the year.
Publicity Committee (VACANT) -This committee is responsible to plan, coordinate and manage a publicity campaign for all Chapter activities that includes publishing newsworthy events in local and national news media. Responsible for the photography at all Chapter events. Provides copies of all photographs, news prints and videography to the Chapter Historian and Webmaster for proper archival.
Professional Development Committee (VACANT) - This committee will be responsible for identifying areas of concerns for chapter members and coordinating professional development on those topics. Plan and coordinate for WOPD to members as directed by Chapter President.
